Can you believe that in just over a week I will be graduating? I can’t. I don’t want to think about it, though. I’ll probably trip during the ceremony.

Tonight in my creative writing class, we workshopped an excerpt from A Sailor and Lover. Six classmates became Jack, Gwen, Alex, Erica, Erlend, and Laura to read through it. In short, I had a smile pasted on my face the entire time. The class loved it, I loved it, and I hope that the entire play is featured at a reading or even is fully performed someday. We shall see!

Returning to the graduation subject, my aunt Susan Barnson Hayward took my graduation photo which was sent out with announcements recently.

She’s such an excellent photographer! I love my family!
